Fee Payment Policy

1. Admission Fee: The admission fee must be paid at the time of admission. Admission will be confirmed only after the admission fee is paid.

2. Books and Uniforms: The cost of books, notebooks, uniforms, and other school materials must be paid as instructed by the school. Books and uniforms will be issued only after the payment is completed.

3. Monthly Fee: The monthly school fee must be paid from June to April, and the fee must be paid on or before the 10th of every month.

4. Fee Clearance: All outstanding or pending fees must be cleared before 10th September, 10th December and 10th March of the academic year, as instructed by the school administration.

5. Examination Eligibility: Students with pending fees may not be permitted to appear for examinations until the dues are cleared.

6. Late Fees: If the fees are not paid within the due date, a late fee of Rs. 100 per month per instalment should be paid along with the fees.

7. Mode of Payment: Fees may be paid through the school office or approved digital payment methods as informed by the school.

8. Refund Policy: Fees once paid are not refundable and will not be adjusted against any other fees under any circumstances.
